HRwiz provides 3 main ways for team engagement. Announcements, Polls and Quizzes. These 3 capabilities work in a very similar manner but they produce different results.

Announcements are plain text messeges sent by HRwiz to all members of a selected team, at a scheduled time, specified by you. Announcements are sent in a direct channel only and at the specified date and time selected by you while creating the announcement.

Step A

Create an announcement.

1) In your private channel with HRwiz, type create announcement.

2) Fill in the announcement message.

3) Select date, time and the team(s) you want to receive the announcement.

4) Click on Save announcement.

Step B

HRwiz delivers the announcement.

1) HRwiz will deliver your announcement in a private message to all the members who belong to the team(s) you have selected while creating the announcement.

Please note: If a member belongs to more than one of the selected groups, they will receive the announcement only once.

Step C

See announcement details.

1) In your private channel with HRwiz, type show announcement.

2) Click on the name of the announcement that you want to see details for.

3) See details for the announcement, such as when it was sent, which teams it targeted as well as its current status.

4) Click the red x icon to delete an announcement.

5) You can also create announcements from this view by clicking on the Create announcement button.
