When a new Team member joins a Microsoft Team where the HRwiz bot is installed, they automatically receive a welcome message in a direct channel with the HRwiz bot. In this message they are also asked to optionally start the onboarding process. By default, on a new HRwiz bot installation, the content of the onboarding process aims on helping the Team Members to get familiar with the ins and outs of MS Teams. However, the Admin has the option to alter the content of the onboarding steps and thus create a customized experience for the Team Members that fits the company culture and needs.
