Polls provide a way to engage with your employees and gather their opinion. Each poll consists of a question and up to 3 potential answers. In the case of polls, there is no correct answer.
Polls are sent in a direct channel only and at the specified date and time selected by you while creating the poll. It’s also important to note that the poll responses are not posted in a public Teams channel.

Step A

Create a poll.

1) In your private channel with HRwiz, type create poll.

2) Fill in the poll question, as well as up to 3 potential answers.

3) Select date, time and the team(s) you want to receive the poll.

4) Click on Save Poll.

Step B

Receive and reply to the poll.

Polls provide a way to capture your opinion! HRwiz will ask you a question in a direct channel and your answer will not be displayed publicly. Polls do not have a right or wrong answer. So feel free to speak your mind! 🙂

1) HRwiz will deliver your poll in a private message to all the members who belong to the team(s) you have selected while creating the poll.

Please note: If a member belongs to more than one of the selected groups, they will receive the poll only once.

2) Select one of the available options.

3) Submit your response by clicking on Submit.

Step C

See poll details.

1) In your private channel with HRwiz, type show polls.

2) Click on the name of the poll that you want to see details for.

3) See details for the poll, such as when it was sent, which teams it targeted as well as how many people selected each option.

4) Click the red x icon to delete a poll.

5) You can also create polls from this view by clicking on the Create poll button.
